This Korean recipe is perfect served rice or noodles
Cut the tofu into 1cm thick rectangular pieces. Then gently pat dry with a clean cloth or kitchen paper.
In a small bowl add the sesame oil, garlic, sliced spring onions, diced chilli, soy sauce and add 2 tablespoons of water and stir.
Heat a large non-stick frying pan, spray lightly with the rapeseed oil and gently add the tofu pieces and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until they just start to go golden brown.
Reduce the heat slightly and add the sauce to the pan. Gently turn the tofu slices so they are coated in the sauce and cook on a low heat for 3-4 minutes.Serve on a warmed plate with the sauce spooned over the top. Perfect with rice or noodles
